Well I have been researching and I found out the following items listed below can give you a pretty close look to the original box. Don't skip the little blue box in your party planning just follow and you will accomplish the look.
You will need
Box ( any size or color since you will paint it). I got my box at Hobby Lobby
Acrylic Paint (Americana) brand (Bahama Blue) color
Sponge or paint brush
White ribbon
You simply paint the box and let dry. Style it with white ribbon.
